At Josefina Cisternas Novias, we create custom bridal wear tailored specifically to each client. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy.
Custom Nature of Products
All bridal gowns and accessories are made-to-order based on individual measurements, style preferences, and specifications. Each piece is unique and cannot be resold to other customers.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom bridal wear, accessories, or related products. All sales are final once production begins.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to josefinacisternasnovias@gmail.com. A cancellation fee may apply.
